The St. Louis Rams shocked a leaderless Dallas Cowboys today, as the Green Bay Packers deflated the Indianapolis Colts and the Oakland Raiders came back to life:

  • Even at an away game, Cowboys fans cheered for injured Tony Romo—but got 40-year-old Brad Johnson, who tossed three interceptions in a 34-14 loss to the Rams, the AP reports.

  • The Packers defense snatched two Payton Manning passes for TDs and Aaron Rodgers played again with a strained shoulder as Green Bay topped the Colts 34-14, USA Today reports.
  • Sebastian Janikowski kicked a club-record 57-yard field goal to hand Oakland a 16-13 OT victory over the New York Jets.
  • Reggie Bush went down with a knee injury as the New Orleans Saints fell apart in a 30-7 loss to the Carolina Panthers. Bush is expected to be out 2-4 weeks.
  • The Bears outlasted the Minnesota Vikings 48-41, but kickoff returner and receiver Devin Hester was temporarily hobbled by an injured quadricep.
  • The Tennessee Titans made a perfect 6-0 record look easy today by rolling over the Kansas City Chiefs, 34-10.
