Barack Obama warned voters today against acting as if he’s already won the election, urging them not to “let up for one day, one minute, or one second in this last week,” CNN reports. Speaking in Canton, Ohio, Obama charged that 4 more years of “Bush-McCain” policies was a “gamble” too big to take.

John McCain’s campaign retorted that Obama’s “closing argument” really referred to plans to “close down opportunity” with stifling new taxes. “It's fitting that during Barack Obama's ‘closing argument,’ he was unable to support his rhetoric with a single accomplishment,” a spokesman said. The Republican fired back that his opponent favored socialistic redistribution of wealth. Change for Obama means “taking your money and giving it to someone else,” McCain said.
