Oprah Winfrey has once again hit “the dreaded 2-0-0” pounds. The talk show queen, who has famously struggled with her weight for years, writes, “I definitely wasn't setting an example. I was talking the talk, but I wasn't walking the walk,” in an article in the January issue of O magazine obtained by the AP, where she admits she has gained 40 pounds since 2006.

"I'm embarrassed," she writes. "I can't believe that after all these years, all the things I know how to do, I'm still talking about my weight. I look at my thinner self and think, 'How did I let this happen again?'" Winfrey attributes some of the gain to an out-of-whack thyroid, a condition that led her to develop "a fear of working out." This time around, rather than trying to get thin, Oprah says she wants to be strong, healthy, and fit. (More Oprah Winfrey stories.)
