A night of wild passion is more likely to result in endless nights with a squalling newborn than the mechanical, right-time-of-the-month sex many couples fall into when trying for a baby, say experts. “The better the sex, the better the chances of conception,” noted one. Each partner should focus on making sure the other is satisfied, the Guardian reports: ejaculations are more potent amid stronger stimulation in "gourmet sex."

Stronger orgasms in women likely help “pull or suck up the sperm,” says another expert. “The sex should be as wild and thrilling as it was when they first met, when they weren't thinking about babies, to give them the maximum possible chance of having a baby.”
