The latest entity to weigh in on the Gisele Bundchen: pregnancy debate: London Fog, the Boston Globe reports. In a statement regarding recent—retouched—ads featuring Bundchen, an exec says, “Nobody is sexier or more beautiful than Gisele Bundchen in nothing but a London Fog trench coat, even with her visible baby bump.” Elsewhere:

  • More celebrity baby news from Jude Law, who is expecting his fourth child—with an ex-fling, Entertainment Weekly reports. “Following a relationship last year, he has been advised that he is to be the father of a child due in the fall of this year,” says his rep in a statement.

  • Jessica Simpson told TMZ she’s “not an Indian giver” earlier this week, and controversy has—surprise—ensued. Internet commenters expressed anger, but the National Congress of American Indians’ executive director was more diplomatic: This is a “good chance to educate people not to stereotype Native Americans by using a comment that is both incorrect in the way most people use it, and culturally insensitive to Native people,” she tells Us.
  • More drama in Tinseltown, this time between Summit Entertainment and Rachelle Lefevre, who was replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard in the third Twilight film. Lefevre was the first to air her anger, and now Summit says the swap was due to Lefevre’s scheduling conflict and “lack of cooperative spirit which affected the entire production," Entertainment Weekly reports.
  • A photographer filed a battery claim against Mel Gibson for allegedly tearing his shirt, but law-enforcement sources tell TMZ the supposed victim is making the story up and no criminal charges will be pursued.
