As a timeline of Michael Jackson’s final hours began to emerge, Dr. Conrad Murray’s lawyer was was quick to question it, calling it “police theory” in a statement yesterday, the AP reports. “Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11am not breathing,” after allegedly giving Jackson Propofol and then leaving the room.
And Jackson may not have been the only one with a drug problem, TMZ adds. His other key doctor, dermatologist Arnold Klein, prescribed himself dozens of powerful drugs, according to a search warrant. The drugs, including Vicodin and Valium, could have been used by Jackson or Klein. But Klein’s lawyer tells the DEA his client “has never self-prescribed.” (More Michael Jackson stories.)
