The Sarah Palin details are rolling in fast and furious. Some nuggets gleaned from the AP's advance look at her new book and her taped interview with Oprah today:

  • She writes that Katie Couric was "badgering" and used only "gotcha" moments in their campaign interviews because of a "partisan agenda." Palin says she agreed to them in the first place because she felt sorry for Couric and her low ratings.

  • She confirms that she clashed with McCain campaign aides, who kept her "bottled up" from reporters. And she complains that their statement on daughter Bristol's pregnancy glamorized the situation.
  • She notes that the McCain camp stuck her with a $50,000 bill for the VP vetting process.
  • She told Oprah that Levi Johnston is "part of the family" and that "this can all work out for good." But she didn't quite answer whether he'd be invited for Thanksgiving.
