It's time for Afghan President Hamid Karzai to put up or shut up, Hillary Clinton said today, underscoring the White House's heightened expectations of Kabul. "We are expecting there to be a major crimes tribunal, an anti-corruption commission," she told This Week, adding that the original Afghan mission to "disrupt, dismantle, and defeat those who attacked us ... wasn't done over the past 8 years." More from the Sunday dial, per Politico:

  • "America's Mayor" slammed Eric Holder's plan to put 9/11 plotters on trial in the Big Apple. "It is an unnecessary advantage to give to terrorists," Rudy Giuliani said, denying Obama adviser David Axelrod's charge that he was flip-flopping from support of a similar Bush-era trial in Virginia.
  • Clinton won't be running for governor in New York's 2010 race. "That rumor is dead," she told George Stephanopoulos.
  • Sarah Palin's book, Going Rogue, ain't on President Obama's "immediate reading list," Axelrod tells State of the Union. As for Ax himself: “I think I’ll borrow Plouffe’s copy.”
  • Harry Reid got six weeks to consider health reform, and the bill can wait while the "other 99" senators get the same courtesy, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell told Fox News Sunday. McConnell further vowed Obama would have "overwhelming support of Republican senators," but needed to make an Afghan troop decision now.
