Brit Pleads Guilty to Loud Sex

Caroline Cartwright, the British woman jailed in April for engaging in extremely loud sex, pleaded guilty yesterday. Cartwright’s bedroom sessions with her husband were described by neighbors and passers-by as “murder” and “unnatural,” the BBC reports. Said one, "The noise sounds like they are both in considerable pain. I cannot describe the noise. I have never ever heard anything like it." The 48-year-old admitted breaching an earlier order restricting her from making any loud noises; she will be sentenced Jan. 18.
