The gunman who shot four shoppers at a Finnish mall today has been identified as Ibrahim Shkupolli, and two more bodies—believed to be that of Shkupolli and his ex-girlfriend—have been found. The fifth victim—called Shkupolli’s ex-wife by the Telegraph—had a restraining order against Shkupolli.
