A British cosmetic surgeon has devised a new kind of boob job that replaces silicon with the woman’s own breast tissue. The procedure simply moves some tissue from underneath the breast above the nipple, tightening the skin below, pulling the breast up, and filling it out, according to Laurence Kirwan. “What I do is move around some of their assets to produce the best effect,” he tells the Daily Telegraph.
“For a lot of women this will be the ultimate breast enlargement operation that will be almost permanent,” he says, as opposed to implants which need to be swapped out every 10 years. Kirwan, who has a practice in both New York and London, says he’s already performed the procedure 150 times, with excellent results. (More breast implants stories.)
