Missing Teen Feared With Man Who Grabbed Her Before

Police fear a missing teenager is being held by the same sex offender who held her against her will over a year ago. Brittney Kustes, 19, was last seen at her grandparents' pool in Kentucky. She was to testify against Roy Vernon Elwell, 34, next week, according to her mom. A friend spotted Vernon driving up and down the street looking for Kustes shortly before she vanished, reports ABC News. Vernon is a "bad dude," said Bullitt County Sheriff Detective Scotty McGaha.
