Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston must talk nice about each other when in the presence of baby Tripp, reports TMZ, which got hold of their custody agreement. The two can't "speak badly about the other parent in front of the child" or allow anyone else to do so, it states. The agreement gives Bristol primary custody, while Levi gets visitation rights and must pay child support based on earnings of $72,000 a year.

And grandparents take note: "The parties agree that they shall not allow the child to visit with, or interact with, any family member who publicly ... or in front of the child, criticizes the other parent or the other parent's family." (More Bristol Palin Levi Johnston stories.)
