Celebrity | Kanye West Kanye West Writes Song for Taylor Swift He uses Twitter to apologize again By John Johnson Posted Sep 4, 2010 3:36 PM CDT Copied Sept. 13, 2009: Kanye West takes the microphone from Taylor Swift as she accepts the "Best Female Video" award. (AP Photo/Jason DeCrow, File) Kanye West took to Twitter this morning—many, many times—to apologize to Taylor Swift anew for interrupting her VMA speech last year and to say he's written a song for her, reports the Daily News. A stunt ahead of this year's show on Sept. 12 and a rumored reunion? Maybe, says Entertainment Weekly. But it's still sort of entertaining. Some tweet highlights: "I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her." "We're both artists, and the media and managers are trying to get between us." "I became George Bush over night." "These aren't regular tweets... this is stream of consciousness ... I want you guys to know and feel where my head is at." "People Tweeted that they wish I was dead ... No listen. They wanted me to die, people. I carry that." "I'm sorry Taylor."
