Aide says he'll reluctantly comply with judge's ruling

Looks like Scott Walker won't be implementing his anti-union law against court orders after all. Judge Maryann Sumi issued a ruling today stating that the law had not taken effect, and a top aide to the governor tells the AP that he will reluctantly comply with it. The ruling comes after Walker's administration ignored Sumi's restraining order against implementing the law, arguing that it didn't apply to them because they weren't named in the lawsuit.
