Maybe Chris Brown can't "wife" Rihanna, but Chris Brown's neighborhood can't stand him: The badboy and his neighbors are feuding over murals that he's adorned the outside of his Hollywood Hills home with, reports the LA Times, and Brown's lawyer is now accusing the "neighborhood busybodies" of harassing his client. "They've called animal control," he complains. "They have sicced parking [enforcement] on him, and now they reached the heights of ridiculousness here. Shame on them."
But apparently these aren't fanciful murals. No, they're "like devils on the wall," complete with "big scary eyes and big scary teeth," says the president of the Hollywood Dell Civic Association. And they frighten "lots of babies, lots of children." Brown has been cited for "unpermitted and excessive signage," threatened with a $376 fine, and ordered to remove the murals within 30 days. Not likely, says his lawyer, who says neighbors are playing with the First Amendment. Nevertheless, says the association president, though the fine "is probably pocket change ... hopefully and maybe, he'll just see the light and decide to be a good neighbor."
