A "massive hunt" is under way for a man police say opened fire at a New York office yesterday morning, killing one and injuring another before escaping the scene. Sang Ho Kim, upset "over a bad business deal," allegedly shot at an employee and the store owner of Savenergy in East Garden City where he once worked, killing the employee in front of two witnesses, the Wall Street Journal reports. "He entered one room that was occupied by the owner, the CEO, and another employee," where he apparently targeted one person in particular, the police chief told NBC News.

Though the gunshots locked down a nearby mall and schools, police believe Kim is not a threat to the public and has left the immediate shooting area. "We have nothing to suggest this individual is on a random shooting rampage," the chief said, "but of course he is a very dangerous individual," and may be armed with a shotgun used in the attack. Police are on the lookout for a 2007 or 2008 white Honda Pilot SUV. (More shooting stories.)
