Feeling angry, worried, and stressed? So is the rest of the world, though some areas are more prone to those feelings than others. That's per Gallup's "Global Emotions" report, cited by the BBC, which surveyed 151,000 people in more than 140 countries to gauge their negative and positive vibes. Using questions on whether people had smiled or laughed the day before or felt enjoyment, as well as whether they'd experienced more negative emotions or physical pain, Gallup found that more than a third of respondents copped to feeling stressed, while almost a quarter admitted to feeling sadness; 22% said they'd felt angry. Chad was deemed "the most negative country in the world," while Paraguay was the most positive. In fact, many Latin American countries fell into the positive category, with researchers attributing that to a "cultural tendency in the region to focus on life's positives."
